nature of requirements:

this requirement is for the provision of hiv pharmaceutical

drugs and patient record maintenance for federal offenders under

the supervision of correctional service of canada (csc) in the

pacific region.
contract period

contract period is from december 1, 2015 to november 30, 2016,

with an option to extend the contract period for three

additional one-year periods from december 1, 2016 to november

30, 2017, december 1, 2017 to november 30, 2018 and december 1,

2018 to november 30, 2019.
delivery

will be on an as-and-when requested basis.
suppliers submitting a statement of capabilities must

demonstrate that they meet the following:
1) the supplier shall adhere to the canadian hospital

accreditation standards and be governed by the college of

pharmacists in bc and
2) the supplier must provide the required pharmaceutical records

to the bc centre of excellence in hiv/aids to maintain patient

profiles of drug medication histories, viral counts and related

blood work, treating physician(s) and personal contacts.
