The contract includes:- Supply of 40 tablet-type devices, properly configured and ready for use.- The implementation of a comprehensive technological solution that allows the management, monitoring and operation of the service, ensuring interoperability with other systems and to various resources of the territory, as well as the security of the information and the continuity of the service throughout the execution period.- The configuration, parameterization and start-up of the technological system necessary to guarantee the correct operation of the platform.- The training of the technical staff of the Regional Council and of the users, with the aim of guaranteeing adequate, efficient and autonomous use of the platform, as well as the acquisition of the necessary skills for its correct operation and utilization.- The provision of technical support and operational maintenance of the system throughout the period of execution of the contract, in order to guarantee its availability, stability and continued correct operation.
