Description : 1. The DENR-PENRO MARINDUQUE, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php720, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payments under the contract for the Hiring of Two (2) Licensed Blue Guard/Security Guard Services
(Day and Night) for CY 2026 DENR-MRQ-2026-002- ITB. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DENR-PENRO MARINDUQUE, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC)
now invites bids from PhilGEPS registered bidders for the following:
2 Licensed Security Guard to render 12 hours- each work/shift (1 day shift, 1 night shift) ; 7 days per week for 12months; with firearms and complete uniform
3. Bidders should have completed within five (5) years from date of submission and receipt
of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules...
