The contract

The contracting authority is looking for a (1) suitable training location including specialized instructors to support the fire brigade units of the commands of air forces, naval forces and land forces in improving their operational skills andTheoretical knowledge in the field of aircraft fire fighting. The core of this tender is the hiring of both a training ground that meets specific requirements and experienced instructors who play an active role in the training process.

Reason

Currently, exercises are being performed onThe Fire Department Training and Training Center (Botc) in Woensdrecht (NL). This location is owned by and under management at the Ministry of Defense and offers practice facilities where work is used as an extinguishing material exclusively with propane and water. However, this does not match the realistic scenarios in which extinguishing foam andPowder are essential. That is why the contracting authority, in addition to the current location in Woensdrecht, is looking for an additional practice location where fires and/or kerosene can be simulated. The site must be suitable for combating both Pressurized Fuel Fires andLiquid surfaces, and use the drugs Angus Jet-Foam F3 and ABC blush powder. These resources (Angus Jet-Foam F3 and ABC-Blus powder) are in the base taken by the client towards the training ground and is therefore not the responsibility of theContractor.
