Technical licensing authorities with regard to mining inventory permits for the assessment of permit applications in the context of the Mining Act and the Environment Act, expressed in one parcel in which assignments can be requested on the basis of 2 forms: 1. Temporary lending of technical permit authorities for all job profiles mentioned in Annex 9, without law an employment contract between a technical permit provider and client to Stand comes as a result of the further agreement. The technical permit providers are divided into 3 competence profiles on Junior, Medio and Seniorn level. 2. The execution of the assignment by a technical licensing authority can be distinguished in two main forms. Form 1 is based on effort, and form 2 is based on results. The distinction between hiring/exercise -oriented and hiring/result -oriented assignments has to do with the way in which the various participants need their needs
