Expression of Interest are invited for Hiring of Technical Consultants to Support the International Finance Corporation in Lascahobas (Haiti) in the Context of a PPP project

IFC is interested in identifying technical consulting firms that could support the IFC in the preparation of technical studies and for the implementation of the bidding process up to the award of the PPP contract to a private operator. The transaction will be executed over a total proposed duration of approximately 12 months. With the support of consultants (technical, legal, environmental and social, communication, gender) phase I will consist of a complete diagnostic overview of the project, including the review of the main technical studies prepared by the World Bank for the rehabilitation of the Lascahobas water supply system.

Qualification Criteria:
· 1. The Consultant must demonstrate experience in carrying out technical studies in the field of drinking water, particularly in rural areas
· 2. The Consultant must demonstrate experience in carrying out technical studies in the context of the execution of public-private partnership in Infrastructure and ideally in the field of drinking water
· 3. The Consultant must be able to demonstrate experience in carrying out studies related to Environmental and Social aspects (in particular in willingness / ability to pay study) as part of a drinking water project, ideally in rural areas
· 4. The Consultant should be able to present experience in carrying out studies in relation to "Gender" aspects as part of a drinking water infrastructure project - ideally in the field of rural drinking water
· 5. The Consultant must demonstrate experience in carrying out technical studies in the field of drinking water or infrastructure in Haiti or the Caribbean
