The purpose of the contract is to provide the organization of support services, maintenance and developments with the applications of the geographical information system as a whole. Technological and the optimal degree of operation of systems and applications in the geographic information system environment, from the technical and functional point of view, as well as the integration of the latter with other corporate systems. The consulting services related to the technological evolution strategy of the GIS, study of migration to ESRI technologies (ArcGis Utility Network), execution of a first pilot phase, and the use of other free software technologies.
The maintenance and support services of any new functionality that could be put into production in the geographical information system environment during its validity, either by own means or under the protection of another development contract or information systems project, information systems, incorporating into the scope.
