HIRING OF SPEAKER FOR THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR CFO PERSONNEL





1. The Commission on Filipinos Overseas invites PhilGEPS registered supplier to apply for the eligibility and to quote the lowest price for the hiring of speaker for the Seminar-Workshop on Effective Customer Service for CFO Personnel on August 25, 2018 (as described in the Scope of Work [Annex -œA-] with the approved budget for the contract (ABC) of Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 50, 000.00). Price validity shall be for a period not less than forty-five (45) days from quotation.



2. The summary of bidding activities as follows:

Winning Bidders shall provide speaker for the Seminar-Workshop on effective customer service for CFO personnel.



SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE

FOR CFO PERSONNEL

Duration: 1 Saturday

9:00 - 6:00 p.m. (August 25)



Objectives:



This one-day seminar-workshop aims to promote a service-oriented mindset and the necessary attitude to meet the specific work objectives and develop a consistent culture that breeds quality among CFO personnel. It also aims to instill the value of the effective use of communication tools and enhance the personal values and professional standards in dealing with work, peers, and clients. It also hopes to enhance social relations among CFO personnel and boost their commitment in providing efficient and effective public service to its clients.

Other Requirements:



1. Submission of the curriculum vitae of the speaker

2. Hand-outs and certificates shall be issued prior and after the training, respectively.

3. Pre and post training evaluation of the participants- knowledge about the course

4. Preliminary meeting between the CFO and the speaker before the conduct of the training to tailor fit the seminar based on the needs of the CFO

5. Preferably a Civil Service Accredited and an ISO Certified training institution

6. Post Training Report from the Speaker on the outcome of the Training (including recommendations on how to improve the customer service skills of the participants)

7. Venue and food will be shouldered by the CFO



The said seminar will be attended by the following:



1. All personnel of the Migrant Integration and Education Division (MIED) assigned in Manila Office;

2. Frontline staff from MISD (Jose Quilala, Jr., Christian Castillo, and Anton Romero);

3. Frontline staff from AFD (Ma. Cristina Lajom, Joel Combo, & Allan Escultura);

4. 3 CFO Security Guards; and

5. One representative from PMD, PPRD, and OED





Approved Budget of the Contract: P50, 000.00 (inclusive of tax) for 30 pax
