INVITATION TO BID FOR the

Hiring of Referees for the San Jose Partido Inter-Barangay Summer Basketball Tournament in this municipality

1. The Local Government Unit of San Jose, through the General Fund C/Y 2023 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php 198, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Hiring of Referees for the San Jose Partido Inter-Barangay Summer Basketball Tournament in this municipality. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-SAN JOSE now invites bids for the HIRING OF REFEREES FOR THE SAN JOSE PARTIDO INTER-BARANGAY SUMMER BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT IN THIS MUNICIPALITY. Delivery of the Goods is required 7 days after receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within 1 year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
