Expression of Interest are invited for Hiring Professional Services in the Design of an Integrated System of Household Surveys.

The National Institute of Statistics and Cenis (INEC) has received a donation from the World Bank, and it is proposed to use a part of the funds for consultancy service contracts.

Objective: to guide the officials of the Sample Process on the conceptual, technical, and operative aspects that must be considered for the Sample Design of a SIEH that satisfies the current and future demands of information for the different topics to be investigated within the SIEF, with a plan of work of four face-to-face sessions in Costa Rica of one week each, within the deadline August 2018 to February 2020.

Interested consumers should provide information indicating that they are qualified to supply the services (resumes, brochures, description of similar works, experience in similar conditions, etc.) indicated in the Terms of Reference.

The consultants will be selected in accordance with the procedures established in the "Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Owners with Financing from the World Bank" (July 2016).
