Description : NOTICE TO ALL SERVICE PROVIDERS AND SUPPLIERS:
1. The Department of Trade and Industry Samar Provincial Office (DTI-SPO), through its end user unit, Business Development Division, intends to procure RESOURCE PERSON, in accordance with Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.
