2025/OO/936 - 1 VRT regularly uses voltage and frequency stabilized and low-noise power generators for (live) media recordings for television, radio and events on location. These generators are used for a wide spectrum of productions, ranging from short, one-day performances to large-scale and multi-day events. VRT wishes to be able to deploy both economically efficient and sustainable energy solutions within this framework agreement. In that context, of Tenderers expect that they can provide a sufficiently wide range of solutions within their offer, ranging from classic diesel generators, to Stage V-compliant generators, to hybrid and/or battery-supported solutions. Among classic solutions, VRT understands the hiring of diesel power generators that do not comply with the Stage Emission legislation.
