Eligibility of Consultant : Hold a valid Trade License for vehicle and/or machinery hiring services. Possess a valid Tax Clearance Certificate at the time of bid submission. Be registered with the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System, where applicable. Own or have legal access (through lease or agreement) to the vehicles/machinery offered under the contract. Ensure that all vehicles/machinery have: Valid registration certificates; Valid insurance coverage; Valid roadworthiness/fitness certificates (where applicable); Valid route permits, if required. Ensure that drivers/operators possess valid driving licences appropriate for the vehicle or machinery category. Not be under suspension, debarment, or declared ineligible by any competent authority of the Royal Government of Bhutan.
