The City Government of Antipolo, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of P 2, 958, 347.48 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Hiring of Janitorial Services for the Rizal Provincial Hospital System - Annex I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
