Dear bidder, Hiring of food, lodging and audiovisual equipment services for the development of the workshop. The activity will take place on September 28, 29 and 30, 2026, in Santiago de Veraguas, Panama. The contract includes the availability and conditioning of a room for the development of the training sessions, as well as the audiovisual equipment necessary for presentations and other training activities. Likewise, it includes the provision of snacks and lunches during the workshop sessions. The purpose of the contracting is to guarantee the logistical conditions, food, accommodation and audiovisual support necessary for the proper development of the workshop and the fulfillment of the training objectives established within the framework of the project "A Safe and Healthy World of Work for Everyone in Panama".
