The purpose of the contract is the hiring of fixed and mobile telephony services for the International University of Andalusia (UNIA), according to the prescriptions contained in this specifications and the specific technical prescriptions. This includes the endowment, installation, Configuration, commissioning and exploitation (management/maintenance) of telecommunications services, guaranteeing its full operation during the entire period of validity of the contract, as well as the entire equipment of devices necessary for the provision of the service. The main onesActivities to be developed are:
 Virtual Center: Use of a virtual switchboard that simulates the behavior of a traditional switchboard, allowing remote management and total mobility of the lines.
 Fixed and mobile lines: integration of all lines into a corporate network, with numberingShort for internal calls and public numbering for external calls.
 Terminals: Supply of table terminals and other necessary devices, with specific characteristics according to the use profile (residence, desktop, operator, etc.).
