The Contracting Authority must re-tender its current framework agreement. The current framework agreement expires in 2022. This immediately gives the Contracting Authority the opportunity to apply the experience gained in recent years in this new tender. The contracting authority is looking for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) who will be responsible for the deployment and strategic management of flexible labor. The MSP will support the municipality in being efficient and effective deploying temporary employees when there is a need for capacity due to, for example, long-term illness, temporary vacancy space or peak load.
