Required Documents/Samples that must be Submitted:• Company Profile including printed brochures and product catalogues relevant to the goods/services being procured.• Any overseas bidder intends to submit bid must have local presence in Bangladesh.• Latest Business Registration Certificate, VAT and Latest TIN Certificate.• Bidder must have relevant experience of manufacturing/supplying/providing similar kind of promotional/printing items/photography services within last three years. Asa proof, at least two work order/contracts must be submitted.two(2) contract/PO copy must be submitted.• Duly filled & signed all annexes of RFQ.• One set of sample for promotional & printing items at the time of offer submission. Sample cost will bear by the bidders.Clarification & Communication channel: If any potential company has any query about the RFQ document/Specification, that has to be submitted to ILO through email ID: lawc-dhaka@ilo.org within 12th July, 3.00 pm.
