Hiring an electronic administration environment and the implementation of the electronic procedures of the Universitat Politècnica de València Universitat Politècnica de València from now on UPV adapted to Law 11/2007 on Electronic Administration installing a first platform in 2010 that allowed us to have the first electronic headquarters of the UPV. and that also allowed the management of different administrative procedures. Later, due to technical and functional requirements, this platform was changed. to a new one where new procedures have been included to address the needs of the university. After a period of use of the current platform, at this moment the renewal of the ecosystem of applications and tools that They currently form their Electronic Administration Environment (EAE) to improve the electronic services offered to citizens and compliance with current legislation on Electronic Administration (AE). In this way it is expected a improvement in the agile development of new procedures, having a new headquarters that meets all usability and accessibility requirements and improving the user experience of citizens.
