DTI Cavite is looking for an external provider for the OTOP Product Development 2026.
Deliverables of the Hired Team of Designers
The team of designers must be composed of two or more members who shall deliver the following:
1. Attendance on the general orientation and the conduct of the Assessment, Consultation, and Triage (ACT) Session for the province;
2. In connection with the ACT Session, able to conduct a Seminar on Trends and Updates that will be the inspiration for the products to be developed;
3. Submit assessment reports on the food labels and packaging designs of the MSMEs based on the given criteria. (See Annex A: OTOP NEXT GEN CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION FOR A.C.T. SESSION and use Form 00-005 CRITERIA EVALUATION SHEET);
4. Reportorial requirements on the visits conducted at the production sites of the MSMEs based on the required outline. (See Annex B: REPORTORIAL REQUIREMENTS OUTLINE FOR THE CONDUCTED VISITS OF DESIGNERS TO MSMEs);
