Hiring Clinical Staff for Pterygium Surgeries in the HV
The main objective of this Proposal is the purchase of RELE Pterygion Ophthalmology Surgeries, focused on correcting the problem of specialists produced in the Hospital, specifically in the pavilion area, to the extent in which each Service requires it, according to the provision requested in these technical bases, in the best possible conditions for both parties, in the premises of the Villarrica Hospital, as detailed in the technical bases and the quantities in the following table, a contract that will be subject to the provisions of Decree with Force of Law No. 36, of July 10, 1980 of the Ministry of Health and its modifications introduced by Law No. 18, 417. "The Health Actions Provider" will be obliged to provide on behalf of and in the name of the Hospital, and through delegation, in accordance with the required by inc. 1 of art. 2 of DFL 36/80 to the Beneficiaries of the Health Benefits Regime of Law No. 18, 469, the actions of prevention, promotion, recovery, protection or health rehabilitation that by this act are they tender.
