Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : Reputed Manpower Outsourcing Agencies/Firms having valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and required specific experience in providing physical/manpower services.
Brief Description of assignment : Hiring of Outsourced Manpower (Cook, Gardener, cleaner)
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required : 1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of general experience in manpower supply.2. Specific experience of successful completion of at least 1 (one) similar outsourcing service contract worth minimum BDT 1.00 Crore within the last 3-5 years.3. Minimum required liquid asset or credit facility of BDT 40.00 Lac.4. Sufficient logistics and management capacity to deploy 56 personnel simultaneously.
Other details (if applicable) : 1. The procurement will follow the latest Government Outsourcing Policy/Circular regarding minimum wages, allowances, and supplier's commission. 2.
