Dear bidder: The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work that must be done: Hire the professional services of a consultant, to strengthen the capacities of the Judicial Branch by incorporating practical tools and criteria aligned with International Labor Standards and ILO recommendations. In this framework, the services will be contracted professionals of a lawyer who, in coordination with the ILO technical team, develops module 4: “Use of NIT in judicial decisions: scope and practice.” This module will be aimed at promoting practical analysis and proper application of international standards in the context of labor litigation, contributing to strengthening the capacities of the Judicial Branch in accordance with International Labor Standards and ILO recommendations. The selected person will work articulated manner with the ILO technical team in the design and development of content that promotes an adequate application of International Labor Standards in judicial practice. Please note that if travel is required for this mission, necessary travel expenses will be covered by the ILO.
