Description : V. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
A. Must be accredited with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement Systems (PhilGEPS);
B. Must provide a structured curriculum specifically for the Hilot Practitioners Training;
C. Must be PITAHC accredited and/or licensed facility/academy/institution with the needed facilities (e.g., in-house lodging, training venue, etc.);
D. The proposed program cost is within the approved budget; and
E. Bidders must submit their quotation with cost breakdown to differentiate the amount of service fee and amount to be earmarked for the payment to the third parties or other proprietors. Otherwise, tax withheld will be credited for the total contract prize.
