This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number HT9407-26-Q-0001.
This request for quote is for the purchase of items in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The resulting contract will incorporate all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. The Service Contract Labor Standards and Fair Labor Standards Act apply to this requirement.
The Department of Labor Wage Determination Number 2015-5483, Revision No.: 27, dated 7/8/25, is attached to this RFQ.
This procurement is being solicited as full and open competition.
