A The high-speed super-resolution imaging system will be installed in the Microscope Room (Collaborative Research Room) at the Institute of Tropical Medicine (BSL2).
B The system should support high-resolution structural analysis and image acquisition using fixed biological specimens.
C To enable high-speed, light-damage-free super-resolution imaging and observation of live biological specimens.
D As a high-speed super-resolution imaging system, it is equipped with various analysis methods based on different principles, and it is possible to select and optimize the most appropriate analysis method according to the shape, composition, thickness, and condition of the sample and the purpose of the analysis.
E The system must be capable of responding immediately to equipment failures and ensuring stable operation as well as the acquisition of live biological specimens.
