The CBP Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) intends to issue a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to OPSEC SECURITY INC, located at 1857 COLONIAL VILLAGE LN, LANCASTER, PA 17601-6702; UEI Y1KQH3MMQPW5. Brief Description of the Acquisition Requirement:
The Government requires high-security holographic overlay laminate for credentials. Every credential issued consists of two (2) pouches: Pouch A and Pouch B. Pouch A is constructed of a see-through holographic security laminate specially designed to CBP/DHS credential dimensions and contains DHS- specific holograms embedded with a DHS seal inlay. Pouch B is constructed of see-through holographic security laminate specially designed to CBP/DHS credential dimensions and contains DHS official seals and acronyms. The required pouches are highly unique, proprietary, high-security, holographic overlay laminate pouch sets.
