(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued and is attached.
(ii) The solicitation number is FA930226Q0074 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) and RFO baseline.
(iv) This acquisition is NOT set aside for small business. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and RFO 6.103-1(b), Only One Responsible Source. The intended source is Quickset Defense Technologies LLC (CAGE: 80175).
