1) The Local Government Unit of Don Victoriano, through the Supplemental Budget No. 1, 2026 intends to apply the sum of One million five hundred forty thousand one hundred forty pesos (₱ 1, 540, 140.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for High Value Crop Development Program for Coffee Production (Chicken Dung). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Don Victoriano now invites bids for High Value Crop Development Program for Coffee Production (Chicken Dung. Delivery of the Goods is required fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least within the last two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
