The WCB is inviting your firm to submit a Quotation for the following: Supply, delivery, and maintenance of two (2) high speed color photocopiers for the WCB.Hardware: Color copier 75 pages per minuteQuantity: 2Maintenance: 5 year service agreementPer copy/print rates shall be inclusive of toner, developer, delivery, on-site set-up and on-site initial/ongoing training to WCB staff.Vendor is expected to include a copy of its standard form maintenance agreement which provides full coverage for on-site maintenance and repair service, including all parts and labour.Hardware Requirements: Two (2) high speed color photocopiers for a sixty (60) month lease or purchase option with, at minimum, the following capabilities: Recognizing that most photocopier units are now equipped as multi-function machines with capabilities of printer/copier/fax/scanner, the major usage will be copying and printing; Copy speed of a minimum seventy-five (75) pages per minute (PPM); Equipped with driver and set up to provide double-sided capabilities, collation, three (3) hole punch and stapler finisher; and Equipped with a saddle stitcher, capable of creating twenty (20) page, eighty (80) sheet folded, and spine staple booklet, trifold up to five (5) sheets.
