High Performance Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometer (UHPLC-HRAM-MS/MS) The Central Criminal Police is acquiring high resolution liquid chromatography mass spectrometer (UHPLC-HRAM-MS/MS) equipment for the forensic laboratory. The acquisition also includes hardware installation, user training, consumables, maintenance service and customer service. The equipment must be suitable for untargeted screening research of small molecules and for self-constructed spectral libraries for library search-based analytics. The equipment must be new. Required features of the hardware: LC: * UHPLC must withstand at least 1000 bar back pressure. * The chamber of the automatic sample feeder must be temperature-controlled (coolable at least up to 7 °C). * The column oven must accommodate at least two analytical columns (150 mm) with pre-columns (50 mm) and it must be temperature controlled. * DAD or equivalent detector. MS: * Ionization: ESI positive and negative ionization. * The mass range of the analyzer is at least m/z 40 - 3, 000. * Resolution (FWHM, width at half height) at least 30, 000. * Mass accuracy 1, 000. * Ability to perform MS/MS measurements, including common MS/MS measurement methods as well as DDA and DIA types measurements.
