Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin Department of Justice (WIDOJ) is soliciting proposals to contract for a Drug Intelligence Officer (DIO) services to gather, collate, analyze, and facilitate the sharing of opioid drug-related health and safety data through Wisconsin in coordination with the Overdose Response Strategy (ORS) at-large. The selected Contractor must have extensive experience in law enforcement at the federal, state or local level; extensive knowledge of law enforcement operations focused on drug and gang related crime and criminal investigations; and supervisory experience in multi-level narcotics investigations. The DIO shall be an independent contractor of the WIDOJ, a Fiduciary/Fiscal Agent of the North Central HIDTA, and will be based in Milwaukee, WI.
