The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 10, Cincinnati OH 45219, intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Contract for a HFA3 Zeiss System Service to Proaim Americas LLC., 16024 Manchester RD STE 200 Ellisville, MO 63011 in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.2.
