The contract includes the work required for the construction of the 2nd phase of Hesperian and Hakasalmenpuisto to the extent indicated in the contract documents, in accordance with the tender documents, with all related work and procurement fully completed. The developer is Helsingin The public areas service of the city's urban environment department, which also acts as a customer in accordance with YSE 98.
