HERI2 Nuppulinna-Jokela RU2 and Hyvinkää-Riihimäki preloads, participation request phase In the contract, all construction work between Nuppulinna and Jokela will be carried out until completely completed, excluding the internal equipment work for safety devices, the costs indicated in the tender documents works not included in the contract and already implemented structures. In addition, the contract will be carried out between Hyvinkää and Riihimäki, e.g. preloading structures, counter embankments, maintenance and private road arrangements, electric railway foundations and electric railway works. Related to this competition Conditional construction works linked to financing decisions/implementation agreements of Tuusula Municipality, Tuusula Vedi and Senaatti properties. Funding for these works will be secured at the latest during the tendering phase, and information about this and the changes it causes to the content of the procurement will be delivered to bidders in a supplementary letter or at the latest before signing the contract.
