1. Requirement
parks canada requires the supply and delivery of herbicides to aid in the control of water soldier in the trent-severn waterway on an "as-and-when requested" basis. The herbicide must be legally registered in canada for both the use on water soldier (stratiotes aloides) and for application in/on bodies of water.

the period of the standing offer will be from the date of standing offer issuance to november 30, 2019, inclusive, with the option to extend for four (4) additional periods of one (1) year.

up to one (1) standing offer may be awarded for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the rfso.
