The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices. PERIOD: 01/01/2027 to 31/12/2028 The contract will be concluded for a period of 12 months from from 01.01.2027 with a tacit renewal until 31.12.2028. The La Rochelle-Ré-Aunis Hospital Group may make a decision not to renew in writing no later than 1 month before the end of the validity period of the contracts. The market is a framework agreement with single-award purchase orders, without minimum and with a maximum quantity indicated in the appendix in the catalog of needs, the quantity is that of the overall period of the market. The maximum amount excluding tax per contract lot will be designated on the notification. The Hospitals of La Rochelle-Ré-Aunis, support establishment of the Hospital Group of Territoire Atlantique 17, acts on behalf of the establishments of its GHT designated below, and represented by Madame Valérie BÉNÉAT-MARLIER, Director general of the Hospitals of La Rochelle-Ré-Aunis. As of January 1, 2027, the La Rochelle-Ré-Aunis Hospital Group will proceed with the merger-absorption of the Rochefort Hospital Center. The establishment resulting from this operation will fully replace entitled to the Rochefort Hospital Center in all of its rights and obligations, in particular with respect to public contracts.
