Description : INVITATION TO BID
“Helpdesk Ticketing Tool Subscription”
1. The Department of Budget and Management (DBM), through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (P3, 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Helpdesk Ticketing Tool Subscription” (Project ID No. DBM-2025-35). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DBM now invites bids for the above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed within the period of June 17, 2023 to June 16, 2025 a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
