One (1) helium jacket assembly including:
(1) main vessel
(2) large flanges for the top and bottom of the vessel
(2) flanges for the side (beam) ports
Documentation in pdf format including Welder Qualifications, Contractor QA plan, material certifications, as-built drawings, completed non-conformance documentation, acceptance test results and a letter certifying that the fabrication was done in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
