Tender Details
The purpose of this Prequalification is to develop a list of qualified contractors who will be eligible to engage in specific categories of work as listed in this document, and which may be more fully detailed and described in future solicitation documents such as Scope of Work Invitations (SOWI) or further PRQs. Through the prequalification process, Vendors who bid on the AER/AGS projects will have already met minimum requirements, which will also facilitate quicker turnaround times for competitive bids for special projects. This Prequalification is seeking vendors that can provide the AGS/AER with external expertise for:(a) Professional charter helicopter services to support AGS and AER work initiatives within Alberta.(b) Services required may include but are not limited to:i. Transport of AGS/AER personnel and/or equipment in a safe and reliable manner.ii. Low-level flights, flying and landing in high elevation and mountainous areas, scouting, real-time decision making, and specialized manoeuvring.iii. Travel in remote areas.
