Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate
written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1240LU26Q0069 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Kading Campground
Well Drilling. This project is for the development of well and hand pump to serve the Kading Campground in
the Helena Ranger District of the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest. Work includes drilling a well and
installing a complete hand pump assembly on new well casing, concrete pad, drain, and all pump components
necessary for a typical campground water supply. Contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, tools, etc.
necessary to complete the work. All waste and excess materials generated from construction shall be disposed
of off Forest Service lands and in compliance with governing federal, state, and local laws.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry
Classification Standard Code is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. The
small business size standard is $45M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible
sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
SCOPE OF CONTRACT
A. Base Items:
