Tender Details

Heavy technical rescue vehicle "rotator" 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a heavy technical rescue vehicle "rotator" - 4 pieces, in accordance with Annex No. 4 to the SWZ (which is also the evidence in question). 2. Ordering Party requires that the delivered equipment constituting the subject of the order be brand new, unused, undamaged, technically functional and complete and ready for use, met the standards required by Polish law and was free from defects legal. 3. The method of transport and packaging of the equipment must ensure protection against damage. The Contractor is responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging and/or transport. 4. Separate delivery of each car described in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ must be carried out to the organizational units of the State Fire Service specified in the order documents. 5. The detailed scope of services, method of order execution and obligations of the Contractor are specified in the following documents: - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, i.e. Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ for short) and - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, i.e. Draft Provisions of the Agreement 1.
