PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2026 Corporate Budget, has a total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php1, 120, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Heavy Equipment Rental for Road Maintenance of Mine 3 Coal Project through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details.
Proposals including conformed Technical Specifications may be emailed to [email protected] / [email protected]/ [email protected] on or before April 27, 2026 not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.
