The order concerns the implementation of training, including conducting a state examination aimed at obtaining the participants' qualifications as an operator of working machines on the following machines: - single-bucket excavator in class III; - backhoe loader in class III; - single-bucket loader in class III;- bulldozer in class III;- grader in class I;Each qualified person will receive training on one type of machine of their choice. The order concerns the profession listed in the study entitled Barometer of professions among professions deficit, under the heading: Operators and mechanics of earthmoving equipment. The training should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of September 20, 2001 on occupational health and safety during the operation of machines and other technical devices for earthworks, construction and road works (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 583, as amended) and the requirements of the ukasiewicz Research Network of the Warsaw Institute of Technology.
