INVITATION TO BID FOR
HEAVY EQUIPMENT (AMPHIBIOUS EXCAVATOR)
1. The Municipality of Balamban, through the LDRRMFIP Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION PESOS ONLY (₱ 10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for HEAVY EQUIPMENT (Brand New Dumptruck). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Balamban, now invites bids for HEAVY EQUIPMENT (AMPHIBIOUS EXCAVATOR) MDRRMO. Delivery of Goods is required 60 days after the issuance of the Notice of Award. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
