Description

AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to release answers to questions received from industry, and extend the due date for accepting quotations. Therefore, a Q&A document and a revised Requirements is attached. The due date is extended until July 14, 2025 at 4:00 PM, ET. All other Terms and Provisions remain unchanged. ------END------

(i) This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The solicitation number is AMDTCRQ2501279, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on an Unrestricted basis. This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13—Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12—Acquisition of Commercial Items. A Fixed-Price type of Purchase Order contract is contemplated for any resulting contract entered into as a result of this solicitation.

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number/Effective Date: 2025-04 / 06-11-2025.
