"Heating and cooling systems based on heat pumps for buildings connected to the heating network", which will be implemented in the Pre-Commercial Procurement formula (hereinafter: PCP). Description: This prior information notice (Prior Information Notice; PIN) announces the future announcement by NCBR of a procedure in the PCP formula, the aim of which will be to develop solutions in the area of ​​heat pump technology. The project will be implemented as part of a non-competitive project titled: "Innovative public procurement", implemented by the National Center for Research and Development under the European Funds for the Modern Economy Program 2021-2027, project number FENG 02.13-IP.07-0001/24. The research challenge is to develop an innovative, an integrated heating and cooling system dedicated to public buildings connected to heating systems, enabling effective implementation of heating and cooling functions and integration with the existing heating network. Assumed the result of R&D work is the development of a system solution based on the cooperation of a hybrid heating node, a low-temperature water loop and innovative zone heat pumps using a refrigerant with GWP below 150, enabling integration of heating and cooling functions within one technological system.
