The Regional District is seeking proposals from qualified Contractor-s to remove and replace three (3) Heat Pump (HTP) units at the Sechelt Aquatic Centre (SAC). The new HTP-s should be a like for-like replacement of the existing HTP-s. The work includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of existing units, installation of new units and associated valves. The Regional District desires a project approach that will minimize facility downtime and impact on facility users and staff. Proponents are encouraged to look for creative solutions to deliver a cost effective quality installation while minimizing facility downtime. The Regional District-s budget for this project is $188, 500.
