Tender Details

A heat supply concept was drawn up for the Uster North area, which provides for a heat network, based on a wood -cutting fire with gas as a top covering and redundancy. A large part of the district heating network was created in mid -2022 and put into operation. Now the network is to be expanded in a southern direction by about 1 km of the meter to open up the area of Kreuz- und Neuwiesenstrasse (lot 1 and 2). This is expected to be made in the period between Q2 2024 to a maximum of at the latest in Q4 2024 (lot 1 with Kreuzstrasse), as well as Neuwiesenstrasse (lot 2) from Q1 2025. Changes in the appointment program are expressly reserved.
