Newcastle City Council intends to procure works for the replacement of heat meters and installation of M-bus data collection systems across two major residential sites: St Ann's Estate: Replacement of heat meters and M-bus data collection on 258 properties. Estimated value: £1, 200, 000. Cruddas Park House: Replacement of heat meters and M-bus data collection on 159 properties. Estimated value: £1, 000, 000. Scope of Works: The project will deliver new heat meters and a centralised M-bus data collection system at both locations, supporting accurate energy monitoring and billing.
